The BBC is great. You can read lots of things there, but you can also listen too. One exercise you can do almost every day is listen to the news.
It can be a little difficult, but here's something you can do.
Listen and watch and make a note of what the stories are about generally. Don't worry if you don't understand everything - jus try to get the main points.
